so a bit of reality first, i found out that there was a guy in my college who liked me, he sent a request on snapchat but i didnt accept and always ignored him but he doesnt know that i knew about him and his crush on me. i also found him cute but didnt want to be with him. anyways after 1-2 yrs he found another girl and they were together for almost 1 year and recently broke up. so now the dream was, i unexpectedly befriend that guy's bestfriend's girlfriend. and i was shocked and surprised that she first talked to me and then we were on good terms. then after sometime, the guy came angrily and he planned to defame me and scraped his nail on my scalp and flicked a lot of dandruff..i.e my insecurity. and after that he said a lot of insulting words and then i asked him "why did you do it *his name*?" and then ran off from there. and then i realized why that girl befriended me. then at home, i received a call and found out that it was that guy and he said "i'm sorry i said quite bad" and i asked him "what is wrong with you" and it seemed that it didnt reach him so i repeated "what.the.hell.is.wrong.with.you?" and then he started telling me the points backing and defending himself saying i was the one who did everything wrong. it was because of me that his relationship didnt last, it was because of me that he broke up with his girlfriend, it was because of me that his mom died and i said "how am i responsible for your life i am not even your friend or know you in anyway" and then after that i dont remember what happened.
Dreams often weave together elements of our real-life experiences, emotions, and subconscious thoughts. Here's a detailed interpretation of your dream:
Your dream begins with unexpectedly befriending the girlfriend of the guy's best friend. This part of the dream may symbolize unexpected connections or relationships forming in your waking life. It might indicate that you are open to new friendships or social interactions, even from unexpected sources. The surprise element could reflect your subconscious mind exploring the idea that you may find allies or friends in places you hadn't considered before.
When the guy comes to defame you by exposing your dandruff (your insecurity), it highlights your fear of being judged or exposed for your vulnerabilities. Dandruff in the dream serves as a metaphor for something personal you prefer to keep hidden. This reflects an inner insecurity about being exposed or criticized for aspects you feel self-conscious about.
The guy’s aggressive behavior and the use of your insecurity to attack you could symbolize a fear of confrontation or being undermined by others based on personal weaknesses. It suggests that you may feel vulnerable to criticism related to areas where you lack confidence.
Receiving a call from the guy, where he apologizes and then accuses you of causing various life disruptions, exemplifies the complexity of communication and misunderstandings. This part of the dream may reflect real-life frustrations with being misunderstood or blamed for things beyond your control. It emphasizes a struggle with external perceptions and a desire for others to understand your perspective.
The fact that he blames you for his broken relationship, his mother's death, and other life failures underscores a common theme of unfair blame and responsibility. This might relate to any guilt or misplaced responsibility you sense from others in your waking life.
Your reaction in the dream—questioning his accusations and denying responsibility—shows an internal need to defend and assert yourself against unjust criticism. It highlights a part of you wanting to stand up for yourself and express frustration about being held accountable for things outside your influence.
Overall, the dream appears to explore feelings of insecurity, misunderstandings, and personal boundaries. It touches on themes of unexpected connections, the fear of exposure, and a need to communicate and defend against misplaced blame. It might be encouraging you to reflect on how you handle vulnerabilities, confrontations, and miscommunications in your daily life, and consider whether there is room for self-acceptance and asserting boundaries more clearly.
